They took great care of me while I was in there urgent care office. They were professional
Beyond understaffed. Their phone does not reach anybody. Online appointment scheduling is broken. And, they seem to lack equipment for some basic tests.
No communication and billing sept is terrible
Had an appointment , Signed in as they told me to ,waited a hour , Come to find out they forgot, but did apologize . (I paid cash for this appointment ) I was seen in this facility, Was told I’d be given a prescription on Monday. It is now Friday and still do not have the prescription. I even had the pharmacy fax over to Focus which they received.. I have been hung up on by your secretary, several times.
