Impossible to get ahold of. I have been calling constantly for over 3 weeks with a billing question. No one ever answers and any time I have left a message, I don't receive a call back.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the older woman working the front desk yesterday was rude. The doctor that saw my son was great. She was gentle, kind, listened to my concerns and explained everything very thoroughly.
Times of opening and closing are inconsistent. I asked when they open, the employee said 7:00am.When I got there I found they open at 9:00am. Another time I looked on the website and it said they close at 7:00pm; I arrived at 5:10 and I was told by an employee they close at 5:00pm. The service other than that was good.
Never waste your time going here. The doctors are Not helpful at all
Ever wonder why the other Urgent Cares are so crowded along Transit Rd and why no one ever seems to be at Focus? Rude nurses, nasty providers and horrible bed side manner. I will never go to that location again. It was so much better as Immediate Care, since Focus took over, a waste of space. If I could give this location zero stars I would!
