I scheduled my sleep study on 08/13/2025. I did complete my sleep study on 08/17/2025. I paid half down and set up a payment plan breaking down the remaining portion into 3 payments for 3 months. I was overcharged on my last payment and want my refund. Apparently Focus Sleep Centers uses a third party for billing and was told on 11/17 by the third party “Sleep Study Clinics of West Tennessee, LLC” that a check would be mailed in 4-5 weeks.
