I did not have a pleasant experience with Focus sleep. They barely answer the phone, they give you the run around and they try to bleed your insurance dry every chance they get. I do not recommend using this for your sleep needs
The staff inside is very friendly and kind. I had high hopes after my initial visit. Unfortunately, they are impossible to get in contact with—except for their useless AI voicemail. Every timeline they have given us has been way off. I did an at-home sleep study and they told us that if there were any issues with it, we would know within a couple of days. They never answer the phone or return messages. They must already have plenty of business. For a company who deals with health-related issues they are very unprofessional. 0 stars

I scheduled my sleep study on 08/13/2025. I did complete my sleep study on 08/17/2025. I paid half down and set up a payment plan breaking down the remaining portion into 3 payments for 3 months. I was overcharged on my last payment and want my refund. Apparently Focus Sleep Centers uses a third party for billing and was told on 11/17 by the third party “Sleep Study Clinics of West Tennessee, LLC” that a check would be mailed in 4-5 weeks.
