When meeting Dr Dan a couple of years ago I was highly impressed with his knowledge, compassion and how he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand on what was needed for the best possible outcome. Now the time has come that I need a full replacement and it cannot come quick enough. Once again Dr Dan put me at ease with the upcoming procedure and post op recovery. I can’t fault this place. Receptionist was absolutely lovely, helpful, and understanding. Dr Dan was also just as warm and understanding. He gave you time to explain and he actually listens. Big smiles all around. I felt like I was special that everyone had time for me. I never felt like I had to hurry or be pushed out the door ready for the next patient! As I said can’t fault these rooms at all!
Dr Dan was highly recommended to me, his professional manner, communication and guidance is greatly appreciated. Also thankyou to the lovely staff. Appointments always ran on time. One shoulder down, one more to go!
Being a Perioperative Registered Nurse, I am extremely picky with whom I trust with caring for my loved ones. Dr Sommit Dan is the best there is in all things shoulders. He is knowledgeable, approachable, patient, communicative, articulate, efficient and professional. The Admin Staff at Focus Shoulders are an asset to Dr Sommit Dan showing efficiency and professionalism at all times. The consulting rooms are aesthetically inviting. Highly recommend!
