We have used Focus on three occasions Twice were fine We have just used them to move us and they were horrendous. THREE tv broke. No covers used as stated on quote for mattress and sofas. Front door frame broke and they weren't going to tell me. Tried for over a week to get some form of claim of the insurance we paid for. Finally got a call off sales to say the van lads disagree and basically not going to do anything about it. Manager always unavailable to speak to and apparently he can't use a mobile to call. This company was sub contracted by Bishops Move and I cannot praise them high enough. Friendly and competent staff who successfully fit a quart into a pint pot with very little issues. On top of a very big move from Thurrock to the Hampshire coast, they excelled and just did a terrific job.

Amazing! Where do I start.. Office staff super friendly and helpful even when I was on the phone stressing about it all (sorry girls). The team that arrived on moving day to move us 60 + miles were incredible, respectful of our property and belongings, friendly, hardworking and did a fantastic job. Can’t thank you all enough. The size of the moving truck nearly had me on the floor but Lee did a fantastic job at getting it down the very narrow street and was mindful of neighbours cars too.
