Let me start off by saying just don’t. I was told when I moved in that they come in and spray for bugs and whatnot but give notice before they are going to do so. One morning my children and I were in bed sleeping when I heard someone in my house and panicked thinking someone broke in. Never got a notice, just walked into my home while we were SLEEPING. I was helping someone find a rental in Ephrata and Kim was great to work with. She answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to tour the property. Her follow-up has been great as well.
