Tom has been a stud. Had no clue what I was doing with data logging but Tom has been with me as if I’m his only customer. Would give 7 stars if I could. And if you’re reading this and never messed with a tuner before: Tom will walk you through stuff. Just follow his directions better than I did lol. And he can do focus SE’s. Was looking everywhere to tune my 2015 focus sedan SE to 93 octane and Tom hooked me up. Tune made an insane difference, clearly large gain in hp for naturally aspirated. Tom is THE man when it comes to tuning these things. I would say that your money does not go into the first tune (don't expect crazy results out of it). The value of this guy's tune package really starts to shine when he dials the thing in with more accurate tunes after some testing. The car has gained a solid amount of power, but the features that he can install are also pretty cool.
