I first saw Chris about lower back pain that had become a daily problem for me, especially alot of stiffness in the morning. He spent a good deal of time asking questions & evaluating my condition. As someone who works in the law enforcement field, I have had back troubles sporadically over several years. When I met Chris, he treated my back and stretched me out. He took the time to explain how everything works and the purpose for each stretch in a way that I could easily understand. I didn't know shoulder/neck tension and pain could be helped by PT until I went to Chris. In just one hour he asked the right questions, diagnosed the causes of my chronic problems in that area, and taught me two starting exercises to strengthen weak muscles that were contributing to the problem. All this with a winning smile and a sense of humor which put me completely at my ease!

Chris is professional, courteous, and great at what he does! I've gone to him several time with neck tightness/headaches, and he has not only given me relief, but provided exercises and stretches to do at home so I can stay feeling good. 5 stars!
