John was fantastic and the whole team was very sweet. My back pain went from a consistent 4/5 to almost nonexistent in just a couple months. John is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful - definitely check them out :)
John Center has been a huge help with getting my body back in action quick. He is super welcoming and easy to work with. After a few weeks of visiting John my issues have improved drastically from range of motion, strengthening, and overall confidence in movement. The facility is nice and open with plenty of room to move. Highly recommend Focus Physical Therapy.

Following a Spinal Compression surgery in Feb '25 I began a 2 month PT therapy through FPT. My Therapist was "Scott", a 20-year veteran of physical therapy with a focus on spines. Scotts in person support was excellent as was the assigned homework I am still engaged with. Our communication was clear and direct as were the assigned exercises. The facility was spotless and very professional. I would strongly recommend Focus Physical Therapy as a critical partner in your surgery recovery and/or spinal health.
The team at Focus made my recovery from a broken hip so much easier. Siiri is wonderful, pays attention to all my little detailed progress or setbacks and set me up with exactly the right exercises to progress.
