Wonderful, warm, professional staff.
Brock is by far the most well informed and thoughtful PT I have ever worked with, he has a solution for every question plus excellent hands on skills. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I will definitely be doing the same should I be asked for a PT suggestion. Focus is a hands on PT clinic, you won't be shunted off to do exercises with an aide, your entire appointment is spent with a PT.
My PT experience at Focus has been nothing short of amazing. I am finally learning why I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for far too long. Not only I am being given useful tools and exercises to work on at home, the hands on work I am receiving from Brock has made noticeable changes in my levels of pain and ease of movement from my very first visit.
Excellent professional treatment and very friendly & helpful support staff. Denise Jerome PT is great!! Highly recommend. Should I need a PT again I would only consider going back to Focus and working with Denise.
