I was feeling pretty dejected about the constant knee pain I was experiencing from multiple ACL surgeries and felt like at the age of 47, I was never going to achieve the same active lifestyle. After a couple months of sessions with Brock at Focus, I was able to achieve my fitness goals. A year later, I stay up on the exercise plan he created and have been able to mt bike, run, and backpack without limitations. I am confident that if any injury flares up, Brock and the team at Focus will support my recovery.

I LOVE Siiri - over 10 years with a curious and constantly developing PT has been, literally, life-changing for me. I am so grateful for 7 am appointment.
