Great experience. Very knowledgeable team and the scheduling process was very easy.
Siiri is a fantastic therapist and has helped me going again many times over the years. She gets right to the root of the problem/pain and helps teach you how to work with her to resolve the issue.
After many visits to other PTs that just seemed to make things worse, I took the advice of a few of my friends and went to see Brock Monger. He was very good at explaining the whats and whys along the way and made the experience more of a partnership. As I age and remain active, I expect to need help again in the future and I can’t see going to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and just start with Brock.

I was feeling pretty dejected about the constant knee pain I was experiencing from multiple ACL surgeries and felt like at the age of 47, I was never going to achieve the same active lifestyle. After a couple months of sessions with Brock at Focus, I was able to achieve my fitness goals. A year later, I stay up on the exercise plan he created and have been able to mt bike, run, and backpack without limitations.
