Nice and quaint
I used to enjoy this pharmacy. Recently though, I have had trouble getting in touch with representatives at the pharmacy; whether it be their hours or not returning phone messages. They do not promptly notify you when issues arrise with insurance or prior auths. They want the patient to call around back and forth to the Dr's office for auths but you don't know it needs to be done until you call to find out whats taking so long with an rx fill. Poor customer service. Lady at the front desk at the pharmacy lied right to my face stating she would call the pharmacy and have my medication sent over. It’s bee almost two weeks she didn’t do a thing. I spelled and explained the medication, she intentionally mispronounced the medication name stating something else, and the medication she stated had absolutely nothing to do with what I was explaining. This pharmacy is the best I've ever seen and will never change. Most caring pharmacist and the team is incredible. I drive over 40 miles one way to get my meds and worth the trip...
