I used to enjoy this pharmacy. Recently though, I have had trouble getting in touch with representatives at the pharmacy; whether it be their hours or not returning phone messages. They do not promptly notify you when issues arrise with insurance or prior auths. They want the patient to call around back and forth to the Dr's office for auths but you don't know it needs to be done until you call to find out whats taking so long with an rx fill.
