Visited Focus Osteo while pregnant to ease some discomfort and pain. Janina provided such a holistic treatment, finding the source of the pain, and treating a number of other areas she noticed would cause me discomfort during pregnancy. She provided me with easy to achieve exercises that have supported me during my pregnancy and was clear and kind in explaining the best plan moving forward prior to giving birth. I would 100% recommend Janina as an Osteo to anyone, pregnant or not!
Another great visit to Focus Osteopathy at Mount Waverley to see my Doctor Patrick Canfor for tuneup before travelling to Europe. Thanks to his great rehab advice for my Achilles rupture I will have no issues doing the walks planned with my wife around hilly Portugal! Looking forward to my tuneup on returning, Cheers David
