I highly recommend Focus Optical for all your vision needs! First, I recently saw Dr. Le for my remote exam. I am completely satisfied with the experience! I applaud the practice for implementing the lastest technology to ensure a thorough exam and the most advanced tools for analysing the health of my eyes. The doctor was nice, however this office is exceptionally difficult to work with for glasses/contacts. If you don’t mind having to call several times over multiple weeks and wait on hold for 15 minutes just to order contacts/find out if your glasses are ready, then you won’t mind working with them. They also won’t call when your glasses are ready. Again, you’ll have to call several times and wait on hold 15 minutes just to find out your glasses had been ready for over a week. UPDATED REVIEW: They called me a few weeks ago saying they need to reschedule my appoint, it got rescheduled cool. Why did they then send me a paper in the mail saying they tried to reach me to reschedule but could not reach me AND that they are switching to virtual. So I called them a little while ago to see what's going on and the lady just kept repeating "you got the paper in the mail right??" Like clearly I stated that BUT THE LETTER STATES DIFFERENT INFO THAN WHEN I TALKED TO THEM AND DID RESCHEDULE. It ended with me te... read more

If you are not white don't go here. They are racist. Refuse to give me lens in my new glasses claiming they're not covered but the exam is. How is an exam covered but not lens??? People go to the eye Dr for glasses but can't get them??? If I were a white lady there wouldnt have been an issue. Denying black people their basic needs pretty much screams racist. If you are black go elsewhere.
