The doctors and optician here are wonderful and provide great care. No complaints. But I can’t recommend ordering glasses from the shop because it’s impossible to pick them up without a lengthy ordeal. You can’t make an appointment to pick them up, and you also can’t just pick them up without speaking to someone. It’s nearly impossible to do quickly or with less than a 45 min wait. These are real, medical eye doctors. The exams are very thorough and meticulous. Everyone is very pleasant to work with and seem to enjoy their jobs. Good atmosphere. Nothing over the top. Quite busy.
I highly recommend Focus Optical for all your vision needs! First, I recently saw Dr. Le for my remote exam. I am completely satisfied with the experience! I applaud the practice for implementing the lastest technology to ensure a thorough exam and the most advanced tools for analysing the health of my eyes. The doctor was nice, however this office is exceptionally difficult to work with for glasses/contacts. If you don’t mind having to call several times over multiple weeks and wait on hold for 15 minutes just to order contacts/find out if your glasses are ready, then you won’t mind working with them. They also won’t call when your glasses are ready. Again, you’ll have to call several times and wait on hold 15 minutes just to find out your glasses had been ready for over a week.
