This store has TERRIBLE customer service. Our lounge was booked in to be delivered and then last minute (after I rang to see where it was) we were told there was no record of it at all! We have removed our old couch in preparation so have been left in a difficult situation. No apologies and staff did not care one bit. I will never shop here again and will tell everyone about my experience! A little customer service goes a LONG way.

I was given written confirmation of the delivery date for my new sofa on the day I ordered it. A few days before my expected delivery date, I was told there was a problem with my delivery - my sofa "wouldn't fit on the truck" and so was still in Melbourne. Of all the reasons for a failed delivery, not having enough space on the truck just screams incompetence to me.
