Extremely thorough, professional, intelligent and kind. No rushing, super present and took care to offer custom, current solutions. Her office staff is professional, warm and engaging. Highly recommend!
Dr. Wertelet and her staff are outstanding! Her care is thorough, understanding and patient. She goes above and beyond listening to you and explaining clearly all information she has for you. You are not rushed during your exam at all. I’ve lived in a few states and she is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. Also, the office is extremely clean and there is free parking.
The office is beautiful, they have a great selection of glasses, support staff is courteous and knowledgeable and Dr. Wertelet is the best. Took her time, explained everything and made me feel at ease. Quicker read...GO HERE !!!!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Wertelet and Focus on Eyecare for approaching 2 years. She always provides comprehensive and outstanding care at each appointment. She always makes you feel valued. She takes the time to explain what she finds during exams and, more importantly, what you can do to keep things on track. Her staff is wonderful as well.
