We have been using this company for our class photos for over 20 years. Every year the parents are just ecstatic when they see their child smiling, the photographers know how to make them laugh! They are always on time, quick with turnaround and amazing photos every year. Thank you very much for all the pictures over the years.

Focus On Children have been taking photos of my children for over a decade at daycare and school. The photographer couldn’t be more friendly. He’s so good with kids; making them laugh and getting them to smile even if they didn’t really want to. He takes great pride in his work as he should; he’s very talented! Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was not satisfied with the images I paid to be retouched as they did not fix the issue. When I asked for them to be redone I was lied to and said they had been fixed only for the same images to be resent. When I asked for a refund I was told as they are to the photographers standard. Do not trust this business or the owner as they have zero customer service, respect for their customers or any sort of integrity for their work.

ZERO STAR review. Photographer has been rude to my kids at photo day two years in a row, rude and raising his voice. Imagine how terrible the photographer is when a child remembers him from the year before. They shouldn’t be working with children. This behaviour is unacceptable. Go photograph in a prison if you want to yell at clients, tough guy.
