Managed to get an appointment at last minute to check an eye issue rather than go to A&E. Reception very helpful. I was impressed with the examination, very thorough and informative. Plenty of time spent explaining my results and outcome and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Your help with choosing the right frames and lenses was the best I had ever experienced and the young man that did my eye test was lovely! thank you all so much and I look forward to collecting my new glasses!

Fabulous! I am a customer of Focus but I scratched my eye very badly recently, I walked in and Anthony saw me very promptly without an appointment, I couldn't have had a more of a bulls eye of a scratch right in the centre of my pupil!! However, he provided antibiotic cream and is healing very nicely now. Fab team.
