I feel like I kind of have my life back after finding this office and getting their help. After calling around and being discouraged at the costs involved to get tested and have an initial consultation (I do not have insurance), I finally found this office. Called to make an appointment because I’m struggling and the lady who answered the phone probably sitting in front of a keyboard and computer told me i needed to hang up and go online and type in my name and birthday for them so they can schedule one.. ridiculous and inefficient. Dr Crane is the best. She helped my daughter increase her grades and school production. She's an angel for our family. She is very patient and always patiently listen and responds to my concerns and always comes up with a solution to support my daughter diagnosis. I definitely recommend her to all parents struggling with kids that have ADD and ADHD.
Fantastic Staff and Dr. Crayne is personable and and I find it easy to connect with and speak openly. I find I want to tell her about my life, journey, and look forward to speaking with her.
Edit: They have gotten better in the last few months. Hopefully this is a good sign. Original review: I struggle with this office. In person, the staff and doctor are friendly and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable about ADHD and supportive. She is a bit disconnected from complementary services to support this population. They did not even have a list of counselors or a recommended reading list. Also, the doctor seems to want to switch medications more frequently than needed. It is not clear why that is the case.
