Fiona is so knowledgeable and her experience is really helping me begin to heal from chronic inflammation.
Very thoughtful and professional approach. They took time to understand the issues i had and focused the session on that as well as provided a few tips for how to better manage my pain and tension moving forward. The massage was great and I felt much better leaving. Highly recommend!

This is the best massage therapist in the entire DMV if not the East Coast! I am a boxer who lost over 100lbs to compete & I have 26 fights & went through many injuries & seen many massage therapists & PT & Chiro, but I can tell you, nobody competes!
