My kids and myself started in FMA 3 years ago. We are getting fit and flexible and having a lot of fun as family. The flexibility is great, I can work around my work schedule. The instructors are absolutely wonderful and we can go on our own pace regardless of age and fitness. I am so happy with my decision to join
My 6 y o son was so shy, he stayed at the entrance of the dojo for the whole time of his trial class. For the second class, he joined the ball game at the end… Now, four months later, he is a confident young man who counts days to go to his class. The approach to training the little ninjas is awesome. Kids run, play and learn not only very basics of kicking, punching and defending, but also greater concepts of discipline, coordination, balance, focus etc. The coaches and admin staff are very supportive and kids love them.
My daughter Matilda has been attending since she was 3 years old and is about to turn 5 years old . I first started her with martial arts in the hope she would learn important life skills such as self defense , leadership, confidence and the important skills of being able to be confident wi the in her own skin and make some amazing relationships in the process . Our son Rocco attends and we are so happy. Love the supwrcision on weekends for date nights for parents the holiday program and the instructors are SO PATIENT they are dedicated to the kids and truly wonderful
Been doing FMA classes for 2 years. Already got to purple belt. Classes are really fun and the instructors make you feel welcome. The friends I made in these classes are one of the best things that ever happened to me. I treasure the classes I do hear and I’m very grateful for the staff for making me feel at home.
