Good to take your money for the build, lots of defects that were promised to be fixed with the 12months by owners Joe & Tatiana. Start with bathroom water doesn’t escape into the drain and there is always puddle, tiles around the house and inside had chips and falling off with in 12months, front facade was painted the wrong colour but I had to grow into liking it, all aluminium finishes throughout the bathrooms are raw not treated and now they are all corroded and paint works with finishes is very poor, tile grouting is comi... read more

We moved into our new built house for one year now. Foucs home was recommended by my colleague. My colleague is a builder, he trusts Joe and his team. Joe is very patience with us, as this is our first time to build a house, we changed the plan for many times. The construction time is around 10 months with insured quality. Their team have a quick response to defects.I am glad that I chose Focus home, I will recommend them:)
