Greg did a great job doing a home inspection for us. The house was new and big so it required about a half day to inspect everything. Greg was very thorough and provided a very detailed report within a couple of days of the inspection. Though he did not identify any real deal breakers, his report allowed us to get some additional improvements done at no additional cost to the offer we made on the house. Greg went to inspect a house for us in West Vancouver. Because we were living abroad, his expert opinion mattered very much to us and we trusted him to help us make the right decision. His report was incredibly thorough, he spent a long time talking me through his points on the phone, and we felt empowered by the knowledge he passed down to us. We decided not to buy aforementioned house in the end, but when we find ‘the one’ next time we’ll certainly be contacting Greg again to make sure it is the right one.
