Focus were awesome to deal with from the very start. Their advice was excellent and products are fantastic. They are exactly what we need. Matt was super communicative and the installation went without a hitch. The blinds and shutters have transformed our space.
Matt, you have done it again!!Thrilled with our new outdoor blinds from Focus everything we have purchased from Focus for our house we have been so pleased with, and their installer Matt, is an absolute genius, at what he does, could not speak highly enough of him . Thankyou again😀
Very prompt service, agent visited us on the same day we enquired as he was in our area. We signed up for the roof restoration after he explained the process and we were happy with the quote. The job started within a week and the roofer was polite and explained how he would approach the job. The end result is amazing and we changed the colour of the roof from red to monument.
Excellent service and an excellent product. From the first phone call to the installation all the staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the prompt response to my enquiry, the initial visit when everything was thoroughly explained to me, and the quotation. The time schedule was spot on and I am thrilled the end result. The shutters are exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier. Thank you to all at Focus Home Improvements.
From Salesman Phil through to the work crew Paul, Jason, Chris and Peter who did my total Roof Restoration, everything went very smoothly. The guys were hard workers, and clearly have a well crafted routine. I was always kept informed of days and times they would be present. They also hosed down my whole garden after pressure washing. Also great was the scaffolding guy Jason, very easy to talk to. I am very impressed with the whole process. Thank you guys Sharon Strathalbyn
