We had Focus instal shutters on our west-facing windows to try to reduce the heat coming in. The entire process, from quote to installation was handled efficiently and quickly. We chose Focus because of our previous, positive experience in another property and we weren't disappointed. The remote-controlled shutters are easy to use, can be set to a favourite position and blend perfectly with the brown brick of our unit.
Roof restoration; after a couple of false starts was allocated a wonderful contractor whose team delivered to Focus’ five step process. Very pleased with end result.
Very prompt service, agent visited us on the same day we enquired as he was in our area. We signed up for the roof restoration after he explained the process and we were happy with the quote. The job started within a week and the roofer was polite and explained how he would approach the job. The end result is amazing and we changed the colour of the roof from red to monument.
