Running an illegal agency!! new assistants keep showing up, when you ask why? same complaints!! agency doesn't pay workers. The state is gonna know about it.
We had a wonderful experience with Focus Healthcare. Rosemary was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and personable with reasonable rates and flexibility. The Home Health Aide that has been working with us, Kayla, was outstanding! We could not say enough positive things about her and we will surely look to use Focus Health Care in the future.
Giving 1 star because I have to pick a star to write a review. But this spot has so many unprofessional workers. Sleeping on the job, no knowledge of medical items such as saline water, gauze, etc. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
