My 94 year old mum needed new hearing aids, as she wouldn't wear the ones she had as were troublesome and had ongoing issues. We first met Kris 2 years ago the moment we met Kris we knew ,we were in good hands. His professionalism, time spent , patience and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Ongoing communication with any issues is attended to quickly. Revisited last week and still in good hands. What a different it has made to mum and the family.

I recently moved to Central Coast and was looking for a local Audiologist. Did a bit of research and made contact with Focus Hearing. It was a really good decision. From the first appointment with Kris it became clear that he was a caring,thorough and knowledgeable guy. I purchased a pair of new Aids and didn’t expect much more after that.
