Good programs at good prices
I joined this gym as part of an advertised challenge. I never expected to love it as much as I do! I love just walking in and the trainers have already designed a VERY CHALLENGING workout. No more wandering the gym wondering what to do next or pay extra membership dues to join classes. The trainers here are obsessed with correct form. Pay attention to all members and give guidance and correction, if needed, the entire workout.
