Great set up! It makes training easy- all you have to do is show up, all exercises are explained beforehand every time and all the coaches are (gently) supportive and so I’ve had great results within a few months with consistent effort.

I’ve been at focus for a year now and I love it! The coaches are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone makes you feel welcome as it can be daunting joining a new gym. I like that we train in small groups because it keeps me motivated and allows me to switch off as it’s all planned out for you. The movements are all preplanned in blocks to ensure you’re progressing weekly. The coaches will also help you with your diet too if you want. Been with Focus since March - it's exactly what I needed. We are all busy and it's easy to make excuses but in the gym everyone encourages you and wants you to do well and improve. I am not new to the gym but it's the first time I have felt proper part of a community

Best gym ever 😊 Have never enjoyed going to the gym as much as I have since joining Focus Hybrid and now I love it. Coaches are brilliant, so helpful and supportive. It has a lovely community vibe and you really feel like you are part of something great. Couldn't recommend enough 🙌

I started with Focus about a month ago and I’m so glad I did! I was initially a bit apprehensive before my first session as I’m completely new to strength training but from day one all of the coaches have been so welcoming and helpful. You’re never left standing not knowing what to do and you always feel included no matter your starting point or fitness level. I was only planning on joining for the summer but will definitely be staying on!
