Ron answered my call immediately and offered to come just a few hours later to diagnose the problem with our door. He arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job. His fee was also reasonable.

Before starting the process of installing the garage door I wanted, I contacted 4 different companies in my area and received 4 different quotes. Focus Garage Door quote was in the lower- middle range, and was extremely responsive, answered all my questions, and came up with solutions for the specific size of the garage door - which was slightly under the standard size. Our garage door's main spring suddenly snapped, and I reached out to a number of companies with an urgent request for help. Jacob not only got back to me right away, but he had the best quote.
