I had the worst experience with Focus Forward Counseling. They just charged my credit card $95.00 without my consent for a scheduled missed appointment. That’s soooo much money first of all for any missed appointment. Things happen in life, that are out of your control & they are a money pit with not my best interest in mind. The counseling I received I was not impressed with at all and I’ve worked with many therapists. I’m really upset.
Focus Forward Counseling is a place where you'll find a counselor who really cares about you. Their approach is effective and kind.
This is my go-to referral for psychotherapy in ATL and suburbs. Brad Hieger, the founder of Focus Forward, manages his team with care and compassion. He believes in the people he hires. And, when you take good care of your team, your team can take good care of their patients.
Dr. Hieger is fantastic! Intelligent, personable, and understanding. Very helpful! I would highly recommend this practice. I continue to be impressed with the quality of care they can offer.
