I use the the BV gym. It has everything you need and then some. Room is spacious and clean. $5 is ridiculously inexpensive. Quit coming up with excuses, jump on in.
Great place for general fitness
After being let down by a disappointing "fitness center" in my hotel while in Lexington for work, I turned to Google to find a local gym. That's where I found Focus Fitness and I couldn't be happier. Booking a time slot was super simple and the convenient electronic access via the webpage was a breeze.
