After being let down by a disappointing "fitness center" in my hotel while in Lexington for work, I turned to Google to find a local gym. That's where I found Focus Fitness and I couldn't be happier. Booking a time slot was super simple and the convenient electronic access via the webpage was a breeze. Once inside, I found everything I needed: a Peloton, Concept2 Erg, treadmill, cable machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars/plates, and much more. I love Focus Fitness because I get to experience going to the gym to workout, but without the stress of people watching me. Whenever I go to Focus Fitness, the atmosphere is welcoming and always clean. I recommend Focus Fitness if you want to workout by yourself or even with a friend! It’s a great way to take time for yourself and enjoy your workout instead of worrying what others might think. I love both locations!
