I originally found Focus Fitness through ClassPass. As a former athlete turned workaholic, Focus Fitness met a need that no other gym downtown could fill. Each class is challenging, different, and fun; I constantly find myself doing things I never thought I could do. Between the community Mark has created and the results I’ve seen in myself, I will be a member for a long time.

I have been going here for a month now and I am hooked. I’m a big fan of the bootcamp workouts which change everyday and it is always a great workout. I have learned so much over the past month and look forward to many more.

I have had an awesome experience attending Focus Fitness group training classes. Mark designs each workout to target muscle groups offering a range of classes each day and week, including boot camp and strength training options as well. Mark pays thoughtful attention to each participant, making recommendations and offering modifications and adjustments.
