Very clean and inviting. Simply the perfect environment. The owner, trainers AND clients are non judge-mental and supportive! Dwight is knowledgeable and motivating. He takes the time initially to discover your "wants" and then checks in frequently to make sure they are being met. He ensures your technique is perfect, protecting you from injury whether in a group or one on one. His workouts are ever changing if boredom is an issue. The trainers at the gym are very knowledgeable with the workouts created for your level of training
