I was extremely disappointed in the way my cancelation of my membership was handled. I tried canceling over a week ago via email, but no one got back to me for a few days. I emailed again once I noticed there was a $92 charge. I tried emailing again only to be told to go up there. I did and asked for the refund. They told me they couldn't do that and said that they would make me pay another $37 for another month and cancelation. The $92 charge was for an enhancement fee that no one told me about. My husband and I were bullied this morning by one of Pearl’s on firefighters in the gym. I guess he works here too but as we were working out, he was taking our weights and putting them up. At the time, we were the only blacks in the gym just working out like we normally do, always staying out the way and he every time we finish our set on one machine in the same area, he comes to my area walking right beside us and take my weights I was using.
