I had an appointment for the initial consultation hoping to get my laser eye surgery done. I came there perfectly in time. I had been waiting for 40 minutes before I gave up. It wouldn't be much problem, I can understand clinics have delays etc. if only I didn't witness how people who came after me were taken in front of me. Nobody warned me there was going to be a delay, nobody apologized. And I took a few hours off my work, at own expense. I visited both Focus Eye Centre facilities, I was impressed with the state of the art technology and the expertise of Dr Richard Smith. I recommend Focus Eye Centre to everyone thinking about laser eye surgery.
