Most efficient and effective office I’ve visited. Dr. Lee fixed me up with a great prescription and assisted me with readers.
I scheduled a routine eye exam but was charged for extra services I never asked for. Retinal imaging was performed without my consent and added to my “copay” I paid a total of $79 and I HAVE EYE INSURANCE $0 COPAY for routine eye exams. After looking at other reviews, it seems this happens to a lot of patients, which is very concerning. It feels deceptive to add on services without clearly explaining the cost beforehand.
