I was dreading root canal surgery however after having the work done at Focus Endodontics, I don’t know what I was worried about. Shreya explained the whole process to me in clear terms before she started, there were no surprises and the time in the chair was actually less than I was expecting. Absolutely no pain and very little discomfort afterwards. I would recommend Focus to anyone requiring this type of dental work
Shreya was very professional and caring as she did root canal therapy on 2 roots of a back molar. I felt no pain and was comfortable throughout the procedure. I also received a follow up call to confirm that I was okay.
Dr Aggarwala explained my root canal procedure and the costs associated very well at my first appointment. She was very caring of my needle phobia and I must say, is very good at administering anaesthetic. The assistants are also very caring and friending. I would highly recommend Dr Aggarwala and Focus Endodontics.
The care, consideration and attention you get from Dr Shreya and her super friendly team is second to none. From the minute you enter (full of nerves because you’re having tricky root canal treatment) you are greeted with a comforting smile. Then you get the pleasure of Dr Shreya’s calm nature as she takes you through the procedure step by step. Your comfort is paramount to her and her team and you most definitely feel you’re in very safe hands.
