Went in to see Dr. Richard to help turn a breech baby at 36 weeks. The care was great, and he gave practical tips for what to do at home to help with movement. Grateful to say baby had flipped to proper position a week later and plan to use the movements/holds during labor!
I am writing this review for anyone who finds themselves with a breach baby. I was told that my baby was breach and that I would have to schedule an ECV, and if that was not successful I’d have to schedule a C-section. I wanted to avoid both of those things, and some internet digging led me to Dr. Richard. I’m happy to say that after just 1 session of adjustments with him, my baby flipped over to the optimal position and now I won’t have to do either ECV or C-section. Miracle worker to say the least.
Doctor Koleen is absolutely amazing! I first started seeing her when my baby was 5½ months old, and now she is 17 months. I’m still a nursing mom, and during the newborn stage I noticed clicking while feeding, which made me think it might be a high palate. I sincerely cannot say enough about the exquisite care I’ve received from both Drs. Koleen and Richard over the years! I discovered the practice in my fourth(of seven) pregnancies, and my visits there quickly became a staple in my overall prenatal care. Dr. Kolleen helped our newborn improve his latch and feeding. He was struggling to stay latched on one side due to tension in his body and would tire quickly. Right after the first sessions, she helped release that tension and showed us simple exercises to support his posture during breastfeeding. She has a real gift for working with babies and made the whole experience easy and reassuring. We’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend her.
