I sincerely cannot say enough about the exquisite care I’ve received from both Drs. Koleen and Richard over the years! I discovered the practice in my fourth(of seven) pregnancies, and my visits there quickly became a staple in my overall prenatal care. Dr. Kolleen helped our newborn improve his latch and feeding. He was struggling to stay latched on one side due to tension in his body and would tire quickly. Right after the first sessions, she helped release that tension and showed us simple exercises to support his posture during breastfeeding. She has a real gift for working with babies and made the whole experience easy and reassuring. We’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend her.
I would highly recommend Kolleen! She was so patient, taking the time to explain and show everything she was doing, as well as what exercises I could do at home with my baby. My baby had been favoring one side when sleeping, which left her with a stiff neck and leg. After our appointment, she was much looser and even slept on the other side of the bed that night. Kolleen also helped with her gassiness and constipation.
Dr. Kolleen and her husband are the most amazing, warm, friendly, and talented chiropractors my wife and I have ever met. They’re incredibly kind, highly professional, and masters of their craft. Found Focus by accident, my wife was coming for prenatal work and recommended I make an appointment. I didn’t even go in for my shoulder injury, and then didn’t even realize I was pain free until three days later. This place is a gift, and Richard and Kolleen are so knowledgeable and wonderful.
