I completely 100% recommend Dr Flagler and all the Dr’s at Focus Center. I had really severe panic attacks, anxiety and compulsive fears and Dr Flagler kindly and with amazing knowledge walked me thru the Neurofeedback process and it has never come back. Neurofeedback has come along way and is truly a miracle break through in treating depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, compulsive fears, PSTD and so much more.
I was so very fortunate to find Phil Ellis and his neurofeedback Focus Center in Asheville. I had a fairly traumatic five way heart bypass 2 years ago and my insomnia was pretty severe. Working through neurefeedback with Phil for a few months made a huge change in my life ! now I’m sleeping seven or eight hours a night. I recommend him without hesitation.
I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Flagler at Focus. My stress has been reduced with neurofeedback. I totally recommend it for everyone. It's a logical start for dealing with this crazy world.
