NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from Focus Camera. Horrible customer support and follow through. I ordered a scope for Christmas. We didn't find out it didn't work until after the 30-day return window and they were of no help. The only manager who could approve this refused to call me back. And you want to know why they only have 5-star reviews on their site? They refuse to publish the bad ones as mine was rejected for not fitting their standards. I spent $400 with them that is now going in the trash.
