I was experiencing slower uploads and downloads, so called Focus. The customer service rep, Rene, was excellent and made changes that helped right away. I was then transferred to the technical department where I spoke with Ron. He was very helpful, and patient. He explained that my issue was the router and fairly old extender I was using. I'm now looking at upgrading to a mesh network. Judith Steffens
Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced from any company. They actually don’t even know what they’re doing and they don’t care. I feel like they’re not even trying.
