Bill is a life saver, I don't know what I would have done without his help. I had a huge issue with two insurance companies where I was stuck in the middle. I had been trying to resolve the problem for months and was getting nowhere. Once Bill stepped in, everything changed. I loved how knowledgeable, professional and kind he was. He always kept me updated, no matter how small the news was. I can’t thank Bill enough!
