my experience with focus behavioral health has been nothing positive. Dr. Ranga Ram and therapist Russell Buskirk provide the best level of care that I've experienced. Dr. ram is very thorough in his examinations and provides responsible and accurate information regarding the needs of his patients. Please save yourself and your loved ones from this place. The nurse practioners(Gil and Sami) are lacking in knowledge and compassion. The counselor Tina is awful and she threatened with ECT on my third visit if I didn't improve. It's enough to deal with depression. They as a group fail to provide care or relief. I must review Gil - he was unkind, patronizing and was reluctant to answer my questions regarding medication. Stay away!
Agreed I would leave a negative star if I could. So dissatisfied with my service. I have left multiple voicemails overy the course of 4 weeks and no one will return my call. Can't get through, can't get my medication. Steer way clear of this office how they still have patients is truly beyond me!
Horrible. Stay away. If I could give negative stars I would. The front office, with the exception of one girl, is horrible, at any given time dureing the middle of the day they have 6 girls working in the front office. Try calling there office to speak to someone, I promise u, u will get a machine, try leaving a voicemail, 80 percent of the time, u don't get a return call, how there can be 6 girls working, n not one of them able to answer the phone totally boggals my mind.
