If I could give zero stars I would! Had to get my card replaced three times there and I barely even used their card since it was just a savings card. They couldn’t even call me and let me know about any of the situations, I had to call!! Very unprofessional. Then they tried to put the blame on us saying “using it online can do that” they said this all three times. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! STUCK IN MIAMI WITH MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO PAY DEPOSIT BECAUSE THIS BANK FREEZES YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME YOU USE IT OUR OF STATE!!!!! LITERALLY WORSE BANK IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. The banking app is horrible and the fact you have to constantly change your password makes me want to choose a different bank for real.
