Long overdue to write a review. Blew a heater hose on my 9-5 traveling the day before a holiday weekend. They took my car in half an hour before closing, immediately on the phone to find a part that day, and even gave me a ride to the car rental in Concord. Looked my car over after the holiday and let me know what else was worth fixing now and what could be put off for another day. Will be my first choice if ever need service in NH again.
The crew at Focus Automotive just brought our 2003 SAAB 9-5 Turbo Aero Wagon back to life after spending 10 years in our garage after a devastating house fire. We started off with a tele con after they assessed the issues and gave us a realistic summary of what was going to be needed, how long it would take and estimate as to the $$ involved.
