I've been living here for two and a half years, and Anu has been such a wonderful concierge. She truly makes our lives so much more pleasant.
Micms building manager & concerage are very kind, caring and super helpful. I got a matress delivery today and it was super heavy. I borrowed the building trolley to move it. I was on my own and when the building team noticed me struggling, though they were busy they immediately jumped in and helped me to bring it upstairs to apartment safely. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their assistance. A big thankyou for being so wonderful and going above & beyond.
