I’ve used FP year after year and recommend them. Service is good and polite. I’ve only had one student who was of marginal skill and faculty corrected that. Faculty and staff are exceptional. My insurance generally covers my needs but they manage charges that seem unnecessary for a returning patient. . They are very tight about allowing me to reorder contact lens if past a renewal date even though it always remains unchanged. I had a problem with my eyes, and I was referred to Focal Point. They are so professional, so patient, and I now have great glasses that work for me! Friendly front desk folks, great selection of frames, and when they say the glasses are guaranteed, they mean it!
I always receive excellent service and a thorough eye exam.
