The company decided to put a mower on common ground (hasn’t been mowed in 11 years) and threw a rock creating a hole in my siding. Was told someone would be out in the next hour….that was last Friday. Poor service, quality and lack of responsibility by the company.
7 months later, and haven't gotten any resolutuon. Haven't heard from this company either. Buyer beware. Expensive and horrible customer service. Live in the Fox Creek Eststes subdivision. Focale Pointe has literally killed off every blade of grass in the culdesac common area in front of our house. What was once lush grass is now weeds. The flower beds were suppossed to be mulched. Over a month ago I was driving to work and was behind one of their work trucks, pebbles came flying out so I gave more space as I couldn’t get over. The pebbles then bounced off the pavement and cracked my windshield. I got the truck license plate and time and location info called the office talked with Tanner and was then connected to Lisa. Following a fairly cool spring, I turned on my sprinkler system as temperatures were well in the 90s and expected to stay that way for a couple weeks. The first time I turned it on was last Saturday. The system wasn’t working. I notified my contact at FocalPoint but left a message just wanting her hear it on Monday.
