The experience overall was pretty great! Amazing building and design. Very clean! It was also nice that it wasn’t freezing in there from the AC like most places are. They have a nice waiting room and a great kids area with toys kids will actually play with. The receptionist was great! Always had a smile on her face. Everyone from Dr Fischer, Evonne, Madie and all the staff whose names I didn’t get were very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The full experience was a pleasure.
Dr Fisher and her staff is very thorough explain everything I'll let you ask questions about the certain things and gives you the best answers I'm very thankful to have a doctor like that especially for Eye Health they're extremely thorough and very good
Actually Bill Maisch. I couldn't be more happy & impressed with Dr Lyons & his staff. I've had cataract surgery & vitrecomy surgery in both eyes, so I was having a difficult time balancing my eyes. Dr Lyons measured & checked everything you could possibly check. He explained everything, in laymen's terms, and measured me for special contact lenses. I can't wait for them to come in
Best practice in West Chester and Cincinnati Ohio. Staff is super knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Lyons is the best!!!!
