Words can not even express what they did to me. Completely ruined my skin on my legs. I’ve had laser hair removal before and other IPL laser treatments and this never happened. The spa is extremely unprofessional. Twice since I have been coming almost monthly since April, they assigned me a different technician for my laser treatments for my intimate skin area, and they never reached out to me to give me notice that the technician I had scheduled with was not available.
