Tim and his entire staff and crew are wonderful to work with. Focal Point has handled both a carpet installation and now beautiful wood flooring. They worked with my schedule, finished earlier than expected, and stopped back to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend!
Worst experience with a business ever! Focal Point/IFixFloors installed a floor which came apart within a year. After many weeks just trying to get a response from the company and many more waiting for a decision on what they were going to do about the floor, they installed a new floor using what they said was a new process for glue-down vinyl.
